| With two games left to play only two of the nine sections of the league are beyond doubt. Financial and other matters checking out Castiglione and Pontedera will be playing in the Lega Pro next season. Here are the current clubs in contention, winners in capitals.
UPDATE 30.4.12. Four more divisions decided. Three will go down to the wire for next week, the last of the regular season.

| Venezia became the overall champions of Serie D by virtue of a 3-2 victory over Teramo in the Poule Scudetto final yesterday. | |
