Broadcasters can't show any live football between the hours of 2:45-5.15 on a Saturday afternoon in the UK hence the reason why ESPN were not able to broadcast the Derby D'Italia and the reason why the recent El Clasico on Sky wasn't shown live either. It is a rule which I do think needs looking at. It is primarily in force so it doesn't affect attendances for lower league clubs. | |
