Even if there is a project in place, you wouldn't expect the results we've had so far (Europa League and yesterday) under any circumstances - project or not. A defeat at Inter and we'll be in full-on crisis mode again, just like the start of last season!

Over on serieaforums there's been talk of who'll be first to get sacked out of Gasperini and Enrique - I don't think either team could have dreamt of a worse start to the season. For us, in particular, we went into the season with a lot of optimism but that optimism has all gone now, really.

Yet we meet on Saturday night at the San Siro. Normally I wouldn't give us much of a chance in our current state, but Inter will be under a lot pressure. If we can just get the first goal their fans may start to turn on the team and Gasperini, which would be a big help for us.

Yeah who ever loses is in a bad state. We do not have an awful record against them at the San Siro.
The game is on ESPN at 19:45 which is always a bonus.
It is going to be a tense affair!

Should be a good game as neither side can affford to lose. I think Inter fans will be surely upset if they do not manage to win this one. The fall of inter since the speacial one departed as been very quick indeed.

Roma's summer signing Erik Lamela will not rush his return from an ankle problem that has thus far prevented him from making his debut for the club.

The 19-year-old, brought in from River Plate last month, suffered the injury to his left ankle playing for Argentina at the under-20 world cup over the summer, but says he will only make himself available for selection when he is fully ready.

“I’m not concerned about our start to the season though.”

Its not great, good job not many of the other teams are pulling away. Plus we have some easier games coming up, but normally Roma play better against the bigger teams.
Any slight honeymoon period that we may have had is certainly gone now.
