Official SSC Napoli Thread

I am truly appalled to see there isn't an Official SSC Napoli Thread, so here it is

Am I the only Partenopei supporter here? Perhaps I'll need to try and recruit some more to add to the ranks!

A brief update on the latest news from Naples. The new home shirt has been released and I must say I'm already a massive fan. It is great to see a tricolore cockade being proudly displayed as a result of winning last seasons Coppa Italia. Perhaps next year it will be a scudetto shield!



Meanwhile in transfer news, yesterday saw the acquisition of Valon Behrami and Alessandro Gamberini from Fiorentina. I feel these two will add quality and strenght to the squad which will be further stretched this season with, hopefully, a heavy Europa League fixture list ahead.

A replacement for Ezequiel Lavezzi may already be in our ranks as Lorenzo Insigne hit a hat-trick yesterday in a pre-season friendly. Let's hope he gets some game time this season and can show us what he can do.

I will try to keep this thread up to date with all Napoli news throughout the season. Forza Napoli!

looks better than the Sheffield United Macron shirt!

Behrami and Gamberini should be alright for a big of squad depth, especially if you go far in the Europa League, which you should try and do. Last season your squad looked pretty knackered at times and your Scudetto challenge ended very early.

Insigne, Vargas and Pandev, between them, should be okay to cope with Lavezzi being sold. You'll miss him though, he's awesome.
