| Real Madrid's lead at the top has been cut to 4 points after being held to a 0-0 by Valencia.
Now, every team suffers from poor referreing decisions in a season and teams suffer. They lose bacuse of a poor decision or they lose because they lost to the better side.
However, Real Madrid, whenever they have dropped points this season, they immediately bring out the same quotes, we got done over by the referee, etc, etc. They love talking about referees and poor decisions. Today, Valencia put in a very solid performance and duly deserved the point and Vicente Guaita was by far the MOM. I watched the match and there were no clear cut penalty appeals and it is funny how they do not mention the theatrics of Pepe who tried to get a freekick by diving and rolling around in pain. You win some, you lose some. Get over it. Concentrate on the next game.
Btw, if Real want to bring up refereeing decisions, why dont they start mentioning the decisions which have benefitted them this season such as the two clear penalties that Getafe were denied by the referee when Real won 1-0 this year. | |

It is on the 21st mate. Both teams play two league games and champions league games before then. Real have got a tough game coming up against Atletico Madrid away on Wednesday so there is the potential of dropping points there. | |
