Must admit, al lot stronger Brighton team from the first game tonight.

Brezovan, Calderon, Hall, Dunk, Vincelot; Bridcutt, Navarro, Sparrow; Buckley, Hoskins, Mackail-Smith

Subs: Ankergren, Sampayo, Harley, Rodgers, Kasim, Agdestein, Barnes.

Very I would guess

Liverpool
25 Reina
03 Jose Enrique
05 Agger
23 Carragher
34 Kelly
37 Skrtel
08 Gerrard
11 Maxi
14 Henderson
19 Downing
09 Carroll
Substitutes
32 Doni, 02 Johnson, 16 Coates, 26 Adam, 33 Shelvey, 18 Kuyt, 39 Bellamy

Man Utd
01 De Gea
03 Evra
06 Evans
12 Smalling
21 Rafael
11 Giggs
13 Park Ji-sung
16 Carrick
22 Scholes
25 Valencia
19 Welbeck
Substitutes
34 Lindegaard, 05 Ferdinand, 20 Fabio Da Silva, 38 Keane, 42 Pogba, 09 Berbatov, 14 Hernandez

few players missing so Liverpool have a good chance I would say.

Well the press will be disappointed, only one yellow card and the mildest Liverpool v Man Utd match I can remember watching! Deserved win for Liverpool.

Shocking result for Hull today but as I said on this thread it was always going to be a tough game. Hopefully it may help us in the long run in terms of the league.

OK, the first thing to say is that we didnt deserve to win. However, neither did Brighton. A draw would have been correct. The ref failed to spot a blatant handball and give us a penalty. How is it allowed to wave your arms into the path of the ball and not concede a penalty?!?! There was no way it was ball to hand. Rant over. Hopefully the Juve game will calm me down!
